fyi I spoke with Lou Mendez today who said that the DAP money (around
$250-300,000 in total) is now in the account to cover the RFP contract . Could
you confirm. Thanks

Further to my message to you this morning, please find an updated DAP
timeline/schedule, Annex 4, which has been changed to reflect the delay in
issuing in the RFP. Please note that the SOW and other annexes should
remain the same.

You should now have all other necessary elements to issue the RFP ie , the
RSQN number, the final SOW, updated annexes, copies of diskettes with the
soft copy of vendor reply forms and the addresses of shortlisted vendors.

Please confirm that everything is in order and you will proceed. I would
be happy to meet with you to review everything once again if necessary.

Sorry about the delay and thank you for your continued assistance.
