Tasks Completed by F. Diers (Entium Project Manager):

§          Participated in the UN project meeting on January 6, 2005.

§          Prepared and issued project status report.

 

Tasks Completed by Entium Project Team:

·          Prepared for the project meeting in New York on Thursday

·          Continued working on the questionnaire response spreadsheet.

·          Documented results  of the UN meeting on January 6, 2005 with Dhurjati Mueller, Tony Newton, Bridgett Sisk, Angela Schiwy, and the Entium team Fred Diers, Robert Turner, Christine Ardern, were:

1.       Entium will continue to develop the questionnaire response spread sheet.

2.       Dhurjati will review the Records Sampling package and forward comments to Bob Turner.

3.       Bob Turner will take Entium’s questionnaire notes and reconfigure them by sections as in the questionnaires.

4.       Dhurjati will attempt to schedule a DAP Coordinators meeting on January 18th in the morning to review the Records Sampling Package and be briefed on the Business Unit Questionnaire.

5.       Business Unit interviews will be scheduled for January, 18th, 19th, and 20th.  UNICEF interviews will be scheduled so Adhiratha will be available to participate.

6.       Christine Ardern will start developing the framework for reports in deliverable 3 and 4.

7.       Entium’s focus for the DAP is based on UNPOs digital archiving capabilities and gaps identified during the interview process. 

8.       Dhurjati and Tony will send Entium copies of the ECM document and the on line manual.

 

 

Tasks to be Accomplished the week beginning January 10, 2005

·          Bob Turner will forward to Dhurjati two slides for the coordinators meeting tentatively scheduled for January 18th  first thing in the morning that describe the DAP lifecycle.

·          Bob Turner will complete the Response Questionnaire Spreadsheet for distribution at the Coordinators meeting.

·          Bob Turner will issue an agenda for the Coordinators meeting.

·          Christine Ardern will develop the outline for the DAP reports and DAP plan.

 

Project Action Items (including issues and concerns):

·          Action Items for the UN project team:

·          Remaining Business Unit interviews should be scheduled for January and February 2005.

·          Records sampling to conclude by end of February 2005.

·          Commence Business Unit interviews the week of January 17th.

·          Distribute Records Sampling package at Coordinators meeting.

·          Entium will focus on moving the project forward and commence developing the DAP implementation plan.
