Tasks Completed by F. Diers (Entium Project Manager):

§          Prepared and issued project status report.

Tasks Completed by Entium Project Team:

·          Met with Dhurjati Mueller, Adhriatha Keefe, Tony Newton to discuss:

1.       Reviewed Record Sampling Matrix, Entium will add functions to the matrix to assist the upcoming Business Unit interviewees in identifying potential digital materials.

2.       Entium will add a definition of archive and document appraisal process to the glossary of terms.

3.       Entium will add questions to the record sampling matrix to assist users in identifying archival materials.

4.       Above revisions to the Record Sampling Matrix will be reviewed on December 9, 2004 by the DAP Project Team

5.       The first set of Business Unit interviews for December 9, 2004 will be evaluated after the interviews to verify that data collected supports the DAP.  Modifications to the questionnaire will be discussed before the remaining Business Unit interviews are scheduled in January, 2005.

6.       Records Sampling Matrix will be issued after the pilot Business Unit interviews on December 9, 2004 to insure the data requested meets the DAP requirements.

·          Received 15 (IT-RM) questionnaires and 8 supporting documents.  All completed interview questionnaires and supporting documents will be maintained on Entium’s Livelink with version control. 

·          Entium will utilize the United Nations standard report template for all required reports.

 

 

Tasks to be Accomplished the week beginning December 06, 2004

·          Initial Business Unit interview pilots will be scheduled for December 9, 2004

·          Review modifications to the Records Sampling Activity Matrix and Glossary of Terms prior to issuance on December 9, 2004.

·          After the interviews on December 9th the DAP project team will conduct a preliminary review of interview results.

·          After a review of the pilot Business Unit interviews and agreement of the Record Sampling Matrix has been reached, the remaining Business Unit interview should be scheduled for January and February 2005.
