During the week
at the UN members of the Entium project team participated in interviews with IT and RM
functions from UNSECT and UNDP. Based
on meetings with D. Mueller, A. Keefe, and T. Newton, the following tasks
were accomplished: ·
Issued
the approved Business Unit questionnaire to the DAP Project Manager in
preparation for upcoming interviews. ·
Resolved
the Records Sampling approach in which Sean would contact A. Keefe, and T.
Newton to commence collection of samples.
In order to save time and effort Sean would perform this activity independently of
the interviews. ·
Attempted to arrange final interviews with
IT and RM over the next two weeks by conducting IT interviews on one day and
RM interviews on a different day in order to curtail cost and use Entium
consultants more effectively. ·
Set a process with interviewees that
distributed questionnaires would be returned to D. Mueller within one week
following the interviews. ·
Addressed the fact that interviews need to
be scheduled for the weeks beginning November 15th, 22nd,
and 29th. If no interviews can be
scheduled, the Entium project team will compile all the information for
completing Deliverable 3 during the above time frame and work on Deliverable
2 in January 2005 based on not completing the Business Units until mid to
late January 2005. ·
Determined that data collected from
responses to questionnaires and record sampling will be compiled into an
Access database that will be used for analysis and reporting statistics. Inge will construct database with input
from Christine, Sean, and Bob. All information for the UN project will be
placed in Live Link for Entium’s reference and use. |
