Tasks Completed by F. Diers:

§          Reviewed comments on the interview guide received from D. Mueller.

§          Continued to review back-ground documents form D. Mueller that were distributed to the Entium team.

§          Conducted a project status conference call with the Entium team.

Tasks Completed by Robert Turner:

§          Reviewed feedback from UN with Christine, Sean, and Jim regarding questionnaire.

§          Searched the WGARM website to locate details from ADA project for annex documents that D. Mueller indicated were available.

·          Created the UN interviewing document to coordinate Entium’s upcoming interviews.

·          Discussed project with Christine and Sean regarding our questionnaire format based on D. Mueller’s comments in our telephone conversation. D. Mueller felt that a multiage document in excess of 15 to 20 would take to long to fill out electronically.  We agreed to meet next Tuesday and discuss strategy that will result in a more direct approach such as distributing the questioner electronically and holding the interviews and completing it at that time.  The agreed meeting agenda for next Tuesday is:

o         Final review in preparation for submitting the Work Plan to WGARM on Tuesday or Wednesday afternoon.  This action will complete Activity 1.

o         Submit partial questioner to assess how to initiate phase 2 interviewing schedule. (One questioner or multiple?  Use interview format to complete questioner at the individual and group sessions).

o         Develop lists of personnel to be interviewed and set some dates to start process.

o         Discuss results of Activities 2 and 3 for the Deliverable Acceptance Document

Tasks Completed by Jim Mernin:

§          Reviewed the IT section of the UN responses relating to the technology interview guide.

Tasks Completed by Christine Ardern:

§          Discussed project documentation with R. Turner relating to the questionnaire format and content.

§          Reviewed interview and data collection approach and dates.

§          Incorporated D. Mueller’s edits to the RM section of the questionnaire.

Tasks Completed by Sean Rickert:

§          Continued to review and analyse existing documentation provided by the UNPO’s, posted on the www.wgarm.net website, and the UN public website.
